Who we are
Labyrinth Landscapes is a family-run business, with integrity and transparency at its heart.
As a team we support each other, and we create great relationships with our clients, built on openness & respect.
Our values:
Trust & Transparency
Transparency is the cornerstone of our operations. We believe in fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that cultivate a positive working environment, and delivering exceptional results.
We offer free quotations, but are also happy for our clients to request the full detail and margins of any quotation. We are not afraid to offer this level of transparency – we are good at what we do, and want to build your trust in the process, and our work.
Great Client Service
Having a contractor in your home or workspace can be a challenge. We are always professional, approachable, and well presented. We understand that communication is key to a great working relationship, so we make every effort to keep your clients informed, every step of the way from initial consultation to project completion.
Our team culture is supportive and friendly, which shows in our work. We want your experience with us to be not just satisfactory, but exceptional.
Flexibility & Problem Solving
We take pride in our seamless project delivery, high attention to detail, and clear communication. We will happily take ownership of a whole process, taking responsibility for budget, timelines and project completion, ensuring that the client experience is always excellent.
Our team are rewarded, supported, and allowed to work to their own strengths and specialisms. Our aim is to deliver a high quality, beautifully constructed garden with the minimum of stress and disruption. For more information on how we work see our About page.
